I made £10.84 in December

December is a great month for affiliate marketing

In one of the best months, performance-wise for affiliate marketing dudes I managed to “make” less than a fiver in the Christmas retail craziness ! I’m sure there are affiliates out there that made £1084, but I managed £10.84 so have got plenty of work to do before next Christmas.

Actually as I’m concentrating on travel industry affiliate marketing I don’t have to worry so much about December as my experience in the industry tells me that December is a poor month for sales. It’s all about the turn of year campaigns by tour operators that pull in the sales. That and the late sales period for summer holidays.

    Hi Rob,
as you said, you can practically write off December as a travel affiliate.

January should give you a better idea of how you’re doing, and with this likely to be the “year of the lates”, you’ve got plenty of time to get more coverage by May.

    Keep blogging!

Keep it up, things started slowly for me, but carry on, put the effort in and you will see the rewards
